Statewide March On Denver Freedom Rally 9/12/2009
There will be no 9/12 Rallies outside of Denver. Groups in Colorado Springs, Northern Colorado, the Western Slope and Eastern Plains are supporting and promoting out state-wide rally in Denver.
The Broomfield 912 Project is the primary host, they have been busy planning, booking speakers and making arrangements.
On Saturday, September 12th “WE THE PEOPLE” will be rallying on the West steps of the Colorado State Capital Building, 10 AM – 2 PM to support Common Sense solutions for today’s taxpayers.
We will have speakers, music and fun for the entire family. Come out and remember the people we were on Sept 12th 2001 – it wasn’t about politics or parties, it was about being an American!!!

Entertainment will be provided by the rock band, Citizen Pain, and by country singer, Rich Owen (member of The 9.12 Pikes Peaks Patriots)
We are including a food drive for one of the Denver Food Banks. The 9.12 Project and our partner groups will set up tables to give out information and sign up new members.
We cannot sell anything, but venders can set up or the perimeter and sell during our event. So, if you know any portable food or merchandise vendors, you’re welcome to tell them of our event. Please ask them to contact Rick Summerville or Jason Worley thru Broomfield 9.12 to make arrangements and receive final instructions on set up/clean up. We are working on a list of tasks for which we need volunteers before and on that day. Would any of you or one of your members be interested in being the Volunteer Coordinator for the rally? How is it that just anybody can write a blog and get as popular as this? Its not like you’ve said anything incredibly impressive –more like youve painted a pretty picture over an issue that you know nothing about! I dont want to sound mean, here. But do you really think that you can get away with adding some pretty pictures and not really say anything?
