Colorado Senate Bill 09-241…a Dangerous Path
Last night at the Liberty on the Rocks meetup in Denver, Senator Morgan Carroll, spoke to the group warning of Colorado Senate Bill 09-241. This bill would require DNA samples before conviction, based merely on arrest for a suspected felony.

Call your legislators and tell them to not support SB 09-241.
