Last week, RMGO and NAGR staff held a News Conference on the CSU campus to render the draft policy — which bans even permitted citizens from carrying concealed on campus — null and void. Here is a video of the  RMGO news conference Since CSU students have been allowed to carry a concealed weapon on campus, crime has dropped. As… Continue »

The Big Bank Bailout Bill H.R. 4173 and...

You may have seen an this ad recently in Colorado (video and audio is bad) Is the ad as FactCheck.org claims misleading? Ed Perlmutter – Rewriting the...

I’ve often chastised politicians for not obeying their oath to the U.S. Constitution and I may have to rethink my strategy if they keep pulling “rights” out of thin air faster than the Fed can print fiat currency. The Dutch are also known for their efficiency and as such, have been very kind as to lend their opinion on the matter regarding “Obamacare” without me even having to… Continue »

Senate Health Care Bill – Winners...

Here is your recap of the Senate Health Care Bill vote. The Associated Press has their version of the winners and losers of the health care legislation, but like so much of mainstream media, it fails to properly capture the essence of what kind of deals the public will pay for and who the real winners and losers are. For… Continue »

Colorado Supreme Court Upholds Ban of...

The Colorado Supreme Court voted to uphold a lower-court decision to bar cigarette use in performances. Six justices found that the ban on smoking in public places is constitutional because it aims to promote public health rather than stifle free speech. Colorado’s very own statist AG John Suthers defended the ban arguing that actors can use fake ciggarettes in their performances…. Continue »
