The NRA Shoots At The Constitution

The NRA has recently come out in defense of their back-door dealings in the DISCLOSE ACT. Looks like in the end, the NRA is a one-issue group, and has no problem selling off portions of the constitution to shore up that one issue. Currently on the auction block: the first amendment. Continue »

Supreme Court Finds Even More Federal...

An Analogy Illustrating the Inadequacy...

The Constitution has not only allowed the kind of government we have, but incentivized this government’s expansion and thieving.
