  1. Bruning has received the endorsement from former Arizona Sheriff Richard Mack. Sheriff Mack filed a lawsuit challenging the “Brady bill”, and won a decision at the U.S. Supreme Court on the issue of States’ rights. He has written a book titled, “The County Sheriff – America’s Last Hope”, where he states, “The sheriff absolutely has the power and responsibility to defend his citizens.”

    Former Sheriff Richard Mack said, “Carl Bruning is a defender of the Constitution and our Bill of Rights. Carl is a distinguished U.S. Air Force pilot commander, and he has the senior executive business experience needed in the Sheriff’s Office today. As a former Sheriff, I am proud to endorse Carl Bruning as the next Sheriff of Larimer County, Colorado.”

  2. THE FACT IS .. the Federal Government has overstepped its jurisdiction, and it’s time for WE THE PEOPLE to take back our government, which was always meant to be OUR SERVANT.

    The Sheriff is a powerful position for protecting the citizens as the head of local law enforcement. The law, defined first and foremost by the United States Constitution as well as the Colorado Constitution.
    If you are truly a responsible citizen concerned about protecting our liberties as well as the liberties of future generations, please research exactly who the candidates are and where they stand .. what clearly they stand for (Bruning fits nicely into this category) and what they refuse to even acknowledge is an issue, such as our eroding liberties thanks to ever growing Federal infringement (Smith unfortunately fits category).

    Long Live Our Republic! If we don’t stand together now we will all fall seperately.

    I’m all for Carl Bruning .. clear cut no nonsense, not afraid to face the critical condition our great country is in.
